Refund / Shipping Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (minus shipping fee) or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Free returns are for non-promo orders within the USA only. A $10 restocking fee we be deducted on all returns.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 3 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, it may take longer during peak seasons.
**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.
All orders going to the USA is FREE shipping. We use USPS that has a 3-5 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Orders can be tracked at: www.usps.com
REST OF THE WORLD
We ship world wide at a rate of $8.00 or $15.00 depending on which option you wish to choose. Delivery takes between 2-4 weeks to arrive. However it may take longer or shorter due to time of shipment. An email will be sent to you shortly after you purchase from us which will provide you with the tracking number. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Thread Etiquette is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
All our timepieces are covered by a 12 month worldwide warranty. The warranty covers any and all parts of the timepiece that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Thread Etiquette obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or incorrect use. The warranty excludes the battery, strap/ bracelet and glass. Thread Etiquette is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the timepiece. The buyer is required to produce proof of purchase upon request.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We do not ship to hotels / PO Boxes.
We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping address provided to us. Once the order has been made we can not change the address in any way.
