Are your bracelets and watches waterproof?
Yes. All of our products are 3ATM water resistant, which means that they can be worn up to 30 metres underwater. To keep your leather band at its best, we suggest you avoid contact with water.
Are the straps on your watches interchangeable?
Yes they certainly are! All of our watches are very easily interchangeable.

How long is the warranty on your watches?
Each timepiece includes a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty for the movement of the watch. That warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear through use of the watch -- which should generally be minimal.
If you’d like to make a claim on your warranty, drop us an email at email@example.com with the relevant information. Whenever possible, please support your claim with photos.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order has been shipped, it can’t be un-shipped, so we won’t be able to change or cancel your order. Before such a time, however, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do!
How long is my order going to take? Why?
Without knowing the specifics, it's difficult to say. We want you and your order to be together as soon as possible, though, so we make every effort to ensure this happens! Our shipping policy goes into more detail on this for a quick estimate please see below:
Delivery within the US usually takes 3-5 business days and to other countries, between 2-4 weeks from the day it is shipped. DHL delivery takes between 5-8 business days. However, it may take longer during busy periods.
Does t.e. ship internationally?
Absolutely. If you can read this, chances are that we ship to you. Check our Shipping Policy for the specifics. Any issues during the checkout process should be forwarded to email@example.com, so that we can take care of them right away.

Will duties apply?
Orders received from outside the US may be subject to customs tariffs, depending on your local authorities. These funds flow exclusively to your local government, leaving t.e. out of the loop entirely. This means that we neither profit nor are responsible for the payment of any fees arising from the purchase of our products.
